“ A sweet lady called me to discuss my online order (I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but please look up date / time of order & employee schedule - 6/11/23 circa 7:45pm). She explained the variances of how the cheese cooks between the two halves I ordered, and then recommended cooking regular instead of well done to avoid burning. Honestly, this level of customer service doesn't exist anymore. I was so shocked / appreciative that she called to let me know. I had a long day of work, and if my food had arrived unsavory, I would've been really upset. Thank you for taking that very kind extra step.
